Returns and Exchanges
Returns
1. Special order and imported merchandise, earnings, fragrances, and clearance merchandise may NOT be canceled or returned.
2. Please contact customer service at mccretail@mccemail.com or (313) 237-0904 and notify us that you will be returning merchandise (please note whether the merchandise was received as a gift). After you provide us with such notification, we will provide you with an authorization number to be included in the return package. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to any merchandise that is returned to us without an authorization number. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply in the event any shrink wrapped packaging used to package the merchandise has been opened, as the merchandise is then deemed to be “used.”
3. All returns for non-damaged merchandise must be made within thirty (30) days of the order shipment date, or within thirty (30) days of the date on which the authorization number is issued if the merchandise was received as a gift.
4. You must keep the original shipping box and packaging material. You are responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to us at your sole cost.
5. All returns must be insured for the full value of the merchandise and packed to arrive damage free (e.g. using packing peanuts). Please DO NOT use the United States Postal Service for returns; we prefer Fed-Ex and UPS, as they have much better processes in place in case your merchandise should arrive to our place of business damaged or broken. 6. We are not responsible for any returned merchandise that is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.
7. When we receive the returned merchandise we will inspect it for any damage that occurred during return shipping, and will not accept nor return any merchandise that is damaged or broken.
8. If the merchandise can be returned (as determined by customer service in its sole discretion), the amount that was paid for the merchandise will either be refunded to you or returned to you as a store credit, at your election, less the cost of shipping if the merchandise was originally shipped to you free of charge.
Exchanges

Damaged Merchandise
1. Please contact customer service at mccretail @mccemail.com or (313) 237-0904. We will assist you with the replacement of the damaged merchandise or provide you with a refund, as applicable, subject to the conditions below.
2. All claims for broken, defective or damaged merchandise must be made to customer service within ten (10) days of the order shipment date.
3. You must keep the original shipping box and packaging material, regardless of any apparent damage to the packaging, so the parcel carrier may conduct an inspection.
4. After you report the damage to customer service, we will commence a claim with the parcel carrier and the process of replacing your merchandise or providing you with a refund or store credit, as applicable.
5. If the merchandise cannot be replaced (as determined by customer service in its sole discretion), the amount you paid for the merchandise will be either refunded to you or returned to you as a store credit, at your election, less the cost of shipping if the merchandise was originally shipped to you free of charge.
Returns and exchanges will also be governed by any and all terms or conditions found in this website’s “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy” documents. In the event of a conflict between the terms of these policies and those of the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy documents, the terms of the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy documents, as applicable, shall control.
